Monique Chambers

Monique is an Account Manager on the Client Services team here at Builtvisible and the main point of contact for a range of international clients. She keeps our clients’ workflows running like clockwork and is an oracle of client knowledge, making her a central touchpoint for all stakeholders and pivotal in delivering our trademark meaningful agency experience.

A natural people person, Monique has vast experience in her field with a background that includes looking after customer satisfaction across the Marriott luxury hotel group, including London edition, Ritz-Carlton and W hotel branches.

Over the last few years, she’s also been building her expertise outside of work in motivational speaking, appearing at several events and panel side. More recently she has extended this to encompass life coaching. Drinking rum while reading is her favourite way to spend time and unwind as it reminds her of her hometown, in the sunny island of Barbados.
