Adventures in Link Removal – Join Our First Webinar

Since launching the link clean-up and contact tool, we’ve been receiving quite a few questions about our approach to link removal. As such we thought we’d hold a webinar dedicated to explaining our ‘link clean-up and removal’ process. We’ll be explaining everything from why we are spending time removing links and how we are going about doing this, right through to some of the challenges we’ve found and also the benefits we’ve seen since starting this work.

Next Wednesday the 18th of July we are going to be holding our first ever webinar on Google+ and we would love it if you could join us! We’ll be setting the hangout to ‘On Air’ so as many of you can watch as possible, and of course we’ll be open to answering questions from twitter – so come along and get involved!

I’ll be joined by the marvellously smart Oliver Mason who will be sharing his experiences in link removal and giving a short presentation packed full of useful advice and tips. Throughout the session we’ll be doing our best to answer as many questions as possible – if there’s anything you want to know just pop us a tweet with the hashtag #SEOgadget, leave us a comment on this post, or drop us a line on Google+.

The presentation will cover the following areas:

  • Why link removal?

  1. Link clean up or link removal is not that easy, it is meticulous, and have to scout for the good links, separate the low quality sites from the high quality sites as well as the retrieval of the thousands if not hundreds of links that links to you. All I can say is that I have done this, and it really takes time, manually, if there’s a way to do it any other way?
